feel like poop

im seem to have just maybe a day or maybe two were i can do stuff that needs doing ,before i flare up yet again ,maybe its me doing too much when im able which is putting me back to square one again

i dont know just lately every flare up is worse and worse when it comes and takes longer to get back to a being able to do stuff ,

does this mean im getting worse ,

not managing this condition very well at mo

Sorry you feel like poop hun,

I try everything to help me but i think with us having young kids doesnt help.

I love it when they are at school as i can rest.

Well being on here is classed as a rest isnt it???? lol.

getting it out on here helps.
