Oh dear i am in right state today i thought after having a couple days totally at home i would feel ok today but no such luck my back at the base is locked up and my hips are well i am saying move they are saying when we are ready and at our pace lol and my arms and legs well need i go on ? you all know how i am today i just hope you are all better than this love to you all Diddle x
