i always have a hot flush about 9.30 pm does anyone else get these? i am through menopause

hi , i too am through the menopause , but suffer with hot flushes . Mine are random , but ive taken to carrying an old fashioned hand held fan with me so i can have a waft ive also started having night sweats and then feeling sooo cold i think my internal thermostat is broken .

hi floozy, i only get the one, but have to strip off the layers quickly then it goes away (as long as i am in an appropriate place!) the others i had sorted out by going on to thyroxine as mine too were random and quite annoying.

yes its interesting you say that mine seem to have calmed down since ive been on thyroxine

i get them, too young for menopause and always have had them, but then i have IBS and you can get them with that, so ive had them a few years before fibro was diagnosed x

I get hot flushes all the time and quite random, but sometimes its because my body is telling me my next lot of pain medications are due. so i was wondering if it might be the case with you that you are due some more tablets at that time ???? just a thought, amanda x
