can some foods cause flare ups ?

hi everyone ive been looking on line again and have seen that some foods can irritate fibro ,is this true? and are there foods i should avoid

I think this has been talk about before too lynz. I don't know if some foods can irritate it but please don't tell me it's chocolate biscuits!

I am a chocaholic but have recently found that if l eat any chocolate after about 3pm it effects my sleep and find it harder to fall asleep.
