my hand!!!!

a nerve keeps twitching so bad in my hand it actually makes my finger move up and down!! funny at first, now really uncomfortable and annoying! is this another fibro annoyance??

Sorry to say but it would appear it is. I started to notice this in my legs firstly and it seems to have progressed to twitching in different parts of my body. Used to laugh at myself at work when using the mouse because I kept hitting the wrong thing when my hand jumped. Not so funny now when I twitch and bash myself. I am black and blue......can't remember where I read about this being a symptom but it's similar to restless leg syndrome I suppose.x

Yep, me too, get it all over. Sometimes in my back which makes my whole body jump. It really annoying when it happens just as your finally dropping off! x

yep, very annoying in hand when you're trying to knit or paint and hand gets mind of it's own!!! must be related to restless leg. I get spasms in variety of places, especially when trying to sleep. Have kicked dog couple of times when she's curled up on bed! bless xx

Yes sometimes my whole body jerks and my legs always jerk in bed.
