I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2023 along with adult ADHD, life has been rough since then as I feel I can’t work at the moment due I get really dizzy 🙈!! I’m on medication for my ADHD but no medication works for my fibromyalgia, the worst part of it for me is the fatigue it’s so intense, I do get really down at times and feel very lonely. On good days I can walk miles and feel really good and positive about myself, I still need to learn more about fibromyalgia and start living life again 🙏

Thank you for your message! Yes I hear you about the feeling of being ran over, some days I hardly do anything and in sooo tired and body hurts all over its crazy. I know when this happens I've just got to be kind to myself and roll with it ( easier said than done lol ) in glad to be here and glad I'm with people that are experiencing the same as me. I do hope your next day has been better for you 😊
