Revitive Circulation Booster.

Because Fibro really effects my mobility/legs/feet I bought this hoping it might help.

They say -

The Revitive Circulation Booster has an intensity level of 1–99 for the feet. You should set the device to a level where you feel a strong, comfortable muscle contraction, which may feel like a tingling or pins and needles sensation. Most people use Revitive at intensity 40 or more, and you can start slowly increasing the intensity until you achieve this. You can also look for other signs that you've reached the correct intensity, such as your feet and ankles rocking,

Lol, most people use intensity level 40.

I am struggling with intensity level 4 😂

It is such a weird sensation, my toes go through 2 different pumping actions?

Tried to add video to show this but couldn't.

Anyone else here use one of these.

Have you persevered and had any relieve from using it.

I'm thinking it maybe isn't such a good idea with fibro legs.?

Good morning saxcat I couldn't afford to buy the Revitive machine so bought a similar one on Amazon which was about half the price. Both my hubby and I use it. The calibration could be different between the two machines, but I use it set at 15 -19, depending how it feels when I use it. I get the feet and ankles rocking and feel if I set it any higher my feet would actually leave the machine completely. Also the sensation is as much as I can comfortably take, any higher and I wouldn't be able to stand it. As for relief, when I first started using it, it help a lot, but now not so much, but I do keep using it every couple of days. My husband uses it because he gets cramp in his legs, and it works wonders for him!

Hi Blue-52 Here's the link but it is out of stock at the moment, however there are similar ones on Amazon at reasonable prices. amazon.co.uk/dp/B01N5FSCHQ?...

They can also be used as a Tens machine. Lesley x

Evening Welshcatlady That sound promising maybe I will try a bit more.

I couldn't afford to buy it new myself.

I bought it on Marketplace for £200 from a man that lived in the next village, he had only used it a couple times and found it wasn't for him.

Got a bargain I think :)

No use you need to find the trigger points and treat them.

Hi there.

I looked at these about 4 years ago. I got advice first from my physio at the time as I was unable to walk and I thought they would be a good idea and also help with my circulation.

The physio explained that apart from the machine being really expensive! At the time not sure now. There was no scientific evidence that the machine wouldn't do what it advertises. Even by a famous person.

However you could easily do your own exercises sat in the chair. Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Raise your heal up and back down. I started on 2 and I am now up to ten.

The second exercise is tap your toes again I did 2 and now I am up to 10. Then change legs. Also rotate your ankle around in a circle one way then the other. Do what is comfortable for you. I do have other leg exercises to help with my limited mobility. However it saves a few hundred pounds. Xx

Not what you're looking for?
