I actually sleep better after 1 or 2 glasses, 3 or 4 times a week, however, I only take 10mg Nortriptyline for Fybro symptoms, OTC pain relief, tried most pharmaceutical meds for symptoms they just don't suit me

I'm in even more pain and seizing. I had to use my Zimmer frame during the night and morning. I'm not happy. So much pain gonna finish my morphine early. I'm so weak.
