Bone tired.....

In bed feeling so tired, I can't find a spot that doesn't ache....hoping electric blanket will ease some pain ...nite all 😒

Bone tired is a great description 😩! I also feel like the aches and pains are bone deep! 😩 I rely on a large heat mat but often say I could do with an all over body one! Try anything you can afford or face trying I say. Best of luck x

That’s a good way too describe it for sure, I hope you got too sleep okay, I said too my husband today I really want some nice weather now , it’s deep heat, hot baths, hot water bottles(not all at once 😉) sending some hugs xx

Thankyou, slept OK but always wake Still tired and was such an effort to shower and wash my hair this morning. Warmer weather will be a blessing. Out in the awful wind now for breast screening, so can't not go, no matter how I feel xx
