Yes, I too have dry eye and the optician gave me drops which really help. Also had extensive dental work done at the teaching dental hospital, Kings in London. Terrible pain which my local dentist couldn't seem to help with. Had lots of extractions only to find the pain was still there. I'm afraid mine was definitely due to the fibro. Don't you just love it, fibro the condition that just keeps on giving.
Yes I get both. No problem with gums but do get a very dry mouth and sometimes my tongue feels sore. Keeping well hydrated helps. Possibly your eyes are due to dry eye syndrome which is quite common with fibromyalgia. Use good quality eye drops specifically for dry eye - there are a number available on the market. You can use them several times a day, and they do help. I got through several different ones until I found one that eases the symptoms. Good luck. ❤️
Are you on any meds? Amitriptyline can cause both these things. There is also Sjogrens disorder to consider, you can ask for a test from your GP for it? I had a test they didn't find anything and I was told by the GP it is rare, but I know at least 3 people who have it so it can't that rare!
