I need to submit a form by tomorrow, I only have a few questions left, but cannot access the site at all for their guides. It simply will not load even from a link. Google seems to suggest it no longer exists. I get: Incorrect name error. I was wondering if it's just me. Could anyone else try it?

Benefits And Work Website down?
If you contact our benefits team, they can send you a copy of the guides if you still cannot get in
Hi - yes I've noticed the B&W site problem too this weekend. For me it comes up as server not found.
Is this for PIP? If so, I have an older copy of their guide, & could perhaps help you.
This might help for now . It's the assessors guide for PIP. Please look at the 'reliability' section. & then you'll see all the activities that are looked at with PIP if you scroll down: gov.uk/government/publicati...
HERE YOU GO......
On twitter - You might have noticed a gap in our posts recently, not just because of the transfer from Twitter to X but we all at Benefits & Work are now taking a short summer break until 13 September. This includes the Newsletter & Forum but we’ll be back in a few weeks. Enjoy the summe
x
Thanks for that info x
But oh dear for anyone in need at this time 😬
I saw that but there website is not responding on a number of levels so I think it is more than then just taking a break by the looks of it.
It is odd as info should still be available. I can't get through to Steve by email either.
Hope he's OK

if you are contacting on an email address @benefitsandworks.com then the email would not get through either and bounce with an NX domain or similar. Beyond that twitter notice I could not see any other comms but the outage may just be coincidental and bad timing.
Sorry, I completely forgot to mention this, but if you ring the PIP Enquiry line (0800 121 4433) first thing in the morning (the lines open at 9am) & ask for an extension, you will automatically be given another 2 weeks. Then hopefully you'll be able to get a copy of B & W's guide to PIP claims as Hazel has mentioned.
Otherwise do try to give a couple of recent, detailed examples as to the difficulty you face for each applicable descriptor, i.e. when did it happen, where, what happened, did anyone see this, & were there any consequences to attempting/doing an activity such as more pain/fatigue?
Remember to say if you can't do an activity 'reliably,' i.e. safely, to an acceptable standard, repeat as often as one would reasonably expect, or if it takes you much longer than someone without a disability.
Keep a copy of everything, then all you need is a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office when sending your form off. The mail is signed for in bulk at a sorting office before it gets sent to the DWP, so recorded delivery is a waste of your money unfortunately.
You're a sweetheart! But I'm THAT bad that I have received my last extension (in reality one, of them was because the first extension was to cover them sending the form so far past the supposed postal date that it arrived with 7 days to go, but I'm not going to try and argue it) essentially I've had 3 extensions. I'm super stressed for a plethora of reasons and frankly am struggling to cope and this form has come at the exact wrong time. My mother had to force me to start filling it in because the stress meant I was at the 'don't care it's not worth the hassle stage'!
I'm now procrastinating by posting here at gone midnight🙄
It is a server issue and they are aware and hoping to resolve soon
I've just got in with no problem at all to the PIP guide so hope it is accessible to everyone now. Good luck to anyone who is applying. X
