Brain fog's funny side

I was talking to my doctor about how to deal with fibromyalgia. I was brain fogged at the time. Just as well the other half was with me to remember what she'd said. Half way through the discussion I forgot a word. Couldn't drag it back. Sat there like a lemon with my mouth open, fishing for clues. Couldn't even find a description for it. The word I'd forgotten? Fibromyalgia. Of course!
