short of breath and dizziness

Hi everyone I’m new on here and I was wondering if anyone has experienced shortness of breath and feeling lightheaded I cannot believe how this cruel illness has had such a impact on my life and I can’t seem to control it.

What makes it worse is it’s a hidden illness so I feel I’m not believed and I really can’t explain it anymore. I just want a day where I can be the old me it would make me so happy.

I’m going to keep in touch as knowing I’m not the only one feeling like this I wished we could all be cured ❤️

Hi KazzieI suffered with severe dizziness and some shortness of breath. This happened mostly with exercise especially later in the day. I tried to make sure I drank plenty of water. The problem became worse accompanied by profuse sweating. I saw the doctor and had more blood tests - everything was fine. However, the problem continued so I went back to the doctor and requested HRT. This has worked although I still need to drink plenty of water and pace myself. I don't know if this would be suitable for you - this assuming you're female! I would certainly recommend speaking to your doctor again as it might not be FM related.

Definitely agree with Ninapod do have a word with your GP. It could be nothing. But it could be many things. Please never assume anything is fibro.
