I’m going to change my bed which is a killer and no doubt there’ll be a lot of resting afterwards!

New bed or you just changing your bedding? I've only showered and got dressed. My hips are burning already. 😬

I’m just changing the bedding. Getting the duvet cover on is a chore in itself. Funnily enough my hips are burning too. I did a bit of gardening last night which involved squatting and bending so blaming that. It’s a right nuisance. If you do something a bit strenuous then you pay the next day.

I have to leave the bedding to my partner, the trip up the stairs put me out of breathe. At my therapist appointment now and feeling sooooo sick because im ridiculously anxious! Hip pain is the bane of my life and I have a swollen ligament in my foot. I hope you feel a bit better atleast soon

Awww children bring so much joy. I feel guilty going to my appointments because my son has to stay with his nana. He plays in the garden though and loves it. I took him over the road to the park and played on the swings though (he is 2). What are you having for dinner? I am feeling so sick im that anxious right now, would love a cuppa tea. I had covid terribly, i had no energy and the pain was horrendous. I hope you feel better soon.xxx

Thankyou , my empathy as nausea is horrid with anxiety ,something I have been threw, aww bless him I have a 35 ur old daughter and 32yrs son . Where did that time go 🤣it was my birthday yesterday 61. lovely x 🌞 and if you don't mind me asking how did you get referred for hydrotherapy sessions x I hope it went well. I am still trying to get physical therapy and I was wondering if hydrotherapy had any benefits. I can't seem to find one where I live. x enjoy the cup of tea 🍵 x
