Was meant to take my late afternoon tablets.but instead took bed time which was my sleeping tablets, and I didn't realise or think till they were in my mouth dissolving!
And I do have a dosset box and on the compartments it is written morn,lun, etc! And I still did it wrong.
so now got to try and stay awake!I feel so stupid at times
Everyone makes this mistake sometimes. My husband uses a dosette box but still managed to miss his morning tablets. Just before his teatime ones he said he has felt strange all day and only wanted a small meal then he went to rake jis teatime tablets a d realised why.x
We have all done this at times don't beat yourself up about it take care🥰
Sometimes these things happen, if I were you would have just had an early night. Do not beat yourself up.

Don’t feel stupid we all do this, I was taking a tablet didn’t check the writing ,was in the same box as my acid tablet, turned out I was doubling up on one tablet 🤣x
Do it quite regularly myself 🙄😁x
