To live life the way we do in immense pain, discomfort and brain mush takes so much from us but we keep on going!
People with disabilities and chronic pain and illnesses are literally the strongest people!
And remember it's absolutely okay to have as many down days and to get angry and to scream and cry as we need to.

Thank you so much for your post Chunky Guacamole, I really needed to hear this today. I’m newly diagnosed and signed off work a couple of months ago. Trying to come to terms and acceptance of my limitations, the benefits system 🤬and an under resourced NHS
It feels like I need to be in good health with oodlles of energy just to be able to deal with getting basic financial support
I keep throwing Positive Mental Attitude at myself but I also need to scream, cry and be angry.
This morning I am in intense pain and was having a little pity party so thank you for this boost, it means a lot to me today to be reminded that I am a strong warrior and I can do this ❤️

I have pity party's here and there I honestly think they are needed. We need to be allowed to feel sorry for ourselves. We go through so bloody much and fight so bloody hard to get through each day!
