You look stunning for your age , but as we know one day a picture can be taking when we are having a half decent day but people never see the picture of a bad day (if you know what I mean) Chin up as best you can and do drop in for a chat here as we totally understand why’s it’s like to be part of this very big unwanted club. You seem to have fought all your life,sometimes things just get too much.I’m lucky in that my auto immune conditions and NSIP lung condition only became really problematic until I was nearly 67.

I’ve gone from working on a busy mental health ward 30 hours weekly,to now on ambulance oxygen,and morphine etc for breathlessness some days I feel ok.other days I just want to give up.

I can’t say I know how you feel,because everyone has a different experience.

I hope tomorrow is a better day -
