havent been on here for a while. just wishing you all a painfree new year , im managing my symptoms medication free, not easy but can do more some days than others. walking is my main problem,painful heavy feeling in legs, extreme exhaustion at times. needed vitamin D for cramps and numbness.. as they say tomorrow is another day, hopefully better for everyone.
