Hello and welcome.

I get horrible leg pain myself. It can be really challenging to deal with.

I've recently started on naproxen from the dr and take paracetamol as needed throughout the day which has been helping quite a bit. If you speak to your Dr they can talk you through medication options.

Other than that, having baths sometimes helps. I'm on a waitlist to discuss getting a TENS machine which I know has helped some people on here, others it hasn't.

I try not to stay in the same position too long or have something on my legs for too long, like a laptop, because it seems to make a difference.

I dont have one yet so I can't say how it helps. In my NHS board, my dr is referring me to a pain clinic who will give me one to try and show me how to use it. I think if it helps I'd have to buy one but here they let you try them to see if it helps first.
