Hi am on pregablin now for just over a month and my heart rate has gone from being in the 60's to over 100 beats per minute. Anyone else had this happen to them it seem a coincidence that this has happened since starting pregablin. Am talking to my gp on Friday. Would be interested if its happened to others and what the outcome was.

speak to GP or pharmacist as it could be related or could be something else.

I agree desquinn not a medication to be messed around with, you do not mention why you have been prescribed pregabalin and for what? When I was "prescribed" it the 'hospital doctor' had never met me before, it reacted violently with my many medical conditions, I stopped using it ASAP, I have never met that particular 'hospital doctor' again, I handed it in to my local pharmicist, she gave me a strange face, we smiled as she put it in the bin [where it belongs!]👍

my comments were related to the symptom and not the med. I know many personally and wider that cannot exist without this medication. Its one of the things that allows the charities administrator to keep working AND her work/life balance.

Your experience of the med is not others and does not make the med bad but the OP should seek some medical advice about a symptom and see if it is a) related and b) a concern and take it from there.

I understand and you are not alone in your experience either. But we need more options to help people

Good idea to speak to GP and the pharmacist as my GP has told me the pharmacist knows more about interactions etc than she does but she of course has the medical expertise. So, asking both will give you some good information.
