not sure if connected to chronic migraine or Fibro

hi everybody, hope everyone is doing ok. I have been having couple of rough weeks with having fatigue , shaking hands, numbing on my face. For past couple months I have been having ear ache with no infection , inflammation per GP i was given ear drops and nasal and told it may be labyrinth / true rotational vertigo.

I recently started having shaking hands. GP said it was essential tremor. It comes and goes and is a bit scary. I get numb feelings on my face. I get vestibular migraines and it was blamed on them.
