Hi I have not been diagnosed but after much pain & research realise that I have Fibromyalgia.. Can't get in to see my doctor they want a telephone meeting but I'm deaf so that's no good for me. I am having physiotherapy at present it's painful but working I think for a while. Today a bad day & feel lost as to what to do. I excersise.. Just finished the lawns which took longer then usual but done. Now in pain, Migraine from hell & wondering is this it. I'm 66yrs retired but have always been very active.. Now hardly a day goes by when I'm hurting. Is there a medication & can it be bought over the counter?

Pace your day and that may help keep pain levels low. Hot relaxing baths and hot water bottles help me. Along with good old deep heat muscle rub. All about finding what works for you and. Excuse my ignorance but any chance someone can ring on your behalf to explain the importance of a face to face with the Dr as getting past reception these days is hard work.

Everyone deserves to get a diagnosis and i hope you mange to get the treatment and diagnosis you deserve.

Sure others will be along to offer there advice in good time.
