Headaches are migraine
Hi, does anyone have months of height... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Hi, does anyone have months of heightened pain in a specific area and then moves, hips and legs have been terrible for months and now head.
Mine is settled into my joints, mainly, and mostly below the waist, although I am getting arthritic changes in my hands and losing strength generally. But I'm 73, so it's probably not really applicable to you.
I've lost a lot of fitness from Covid. Walking is difficult, and I'm considering a scooter.
I find that Vitamins, and mineral supplements help, and I mainly take Ibuprofen for pain, although I have a few CoDydramol for emergencies, (fortunately rare).
Yes I can have periods when pain seems to really lodge in a specific area. I might still have ,old pain all over but I might have a month of lower back or a month of hip pain which is really bad. It doesn't seem to relate to anything I have been doing and is a mystery why it should be like that. I rarely get migraines but can have three weeks of a really bad headache and then mysteriously it will go. You have my sympathy.
Yes. I have flare ups when my pain is really bad and it does seem to settle in particular areas. These can be exacerbated by stress and weather too. I try to limit my activities and do pacing to not be too active which helps. I also use an electric blanket which helps my pain at night.
