Hi Dizzytwo, I apologise this comment wasn’t for me, it wasn’t until I clicked on the link that I realised. I am definitely losing the plot. I think desperate might be the word I’m looking for. I can’t believe I replied to a message that was irrelevant to what I was asking for! I feel such a plonker please accept my apologies, my heads all over the place.
Aww no problem, and I'm sure your not a plonker lol if you need further help with locking a post or anything about forum navigation please feel free to pm me and if I can help to explain I will do my best 😊

Hi niceday01 I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia as well I work and I tried to claim benefits but was refused after many interviews and assessments I was told I’m not entitled to claim anything, I hope you have better luck than I did.
Hi Claire Thank you for your reply this is my worry I had a feeling this could happen I don’t think they understand the pain and discomfort you go thought I want to do the right thing and work but it’s just a little bit to much full time now i really appreciate your reply.
After years at over 45h/wk a continual full flare got me down to 0 for 10 months. Going up to 10, 20, 28 using job rehab was all a struggle, so I've had to break off and I'll have to keep it down under 15 or even less using disability pay, reduced hours due to being 'severely disabled' and if necessary lots of saved up overtime. So I understand very much where you're coming from. It's a new life with a focus on self-care not working for others or getting money in.
Sorry for very later reply jay it’s just a mess trying to get something i think I am Entitled to I have worked all my life now my condition is worst I feel i am banging my head on the wall I paid all my taxes etc I only want a little help I am willing to work but just not full time it’s to hard now the fibromyalgia will not allow it.
Hope Momo's link helps. Keep us posted, so we can share & encourage.... best if someone can join in who has won that sort of battle. I didn't have to fight, thankfully, and also don't know the UK situation...
