Yes I am it seems to be one flare after another. As soon as the weather changes and it has done alot of that lately I seem to be going into flare mode. I know people with fibro have a heightened sensitivity to changes in temperature but I am feeling this year it seems to be getting worse.x

Could well be temperature change. Have you tried some biofreeze gel or spray. Gel seems more effective but if you can’t rub it in because of the pain the spray comes in useful. I couldn’t manage without it. Epsom salt in the bath also helps.

Have you had your vitamin D levels checked recently? Low but D will give muscle aches and pains.

Yes, the weather really affects me, especially the rapid temperature changes we are having this year. Just got over a flare from the change from the very hot to the Storms and rain.

Cheers, midori

My thighs always feel like they have really bad sunburn and my legs feel like they are being torn off. Gabapentin helps to a degree.
