HI redfernB777,
I take Turmeric drink from the Pukka brand (Turmeric Latte), it's loaded with turmeric and very pleasant to take. It's a latte-type drink with no dairy. I also looked into anti-inflammatory foods as well as ones that cause inflammation. I've found a gluten and dairy-free diet helps me. Vitamin D and D3 supplements help. I keep a food diary and it's trial and error with that.
As for pain meds I take a high-dose ibuprofen and the occasional Tramadol (which can be addictive, though it is effective).
I find walking helps me as my Fibro is located in my upper body mostly. I try strengthening my muscle mass as much as I can. T'ai Chi is good for gentle exercise and relaxation. I hope this is of some help,
Best wishes,
Sean
