Natural remedies,I have read that evening primrose could help with the pain,has anyone tried this?i was thinking of getting some .

I haven't heard that, however I have started evening primrose for pmt, wasnt regular with it, and had really bad pmt this month. Also I've had two really bad flare ups the past 3 weeks in both hips and upper back horrendous, so I dont know... maybe if I were consistent at taking them I'd know but no harm In trying. X
