I see alot about couch to 5K but it's all about running, I have never been able to run but I would be interested in doing something like this but walking. Does anybody no of a program or something similar to this.

I would imagine that the running programme could be adapted to just walking

I know when I was training for my 5k a few years ago, I didn't use a programme - I just increased the distance I was able to walk each week

I used to run before I got fibromyalgia and now do walking most days. I started off just going round the block and built up over 6 months to 5k. Never did I think I could do this but I did. For me it was about slowly building up my distance and pacing myself. Don’t get me wrong some days I feel like not going out because I feel bad so I cut down the walk and generally follow what my body tells me. I have found I feel so much better mentally and physically for doing some exercise. Try it but be gentle with yourself.
