There is no recommended diet for fibromyalgia, although some people find that dietary changes help

There is a lot of information online, but I’ve found out through trial and error that gluten makes me flare and sugar does too, to a lesser extent. I try to follow a keto diet so that the protein keeps me full for longer and my insulin levels are more stable and that also seems to help. Good luck x

Thanks so much, I’ll check out the Keto diet and test gluten free.

Really appreciate your help

Hello Hidden. In my opinion a good starting point is Fibromyalgia for Dummies by Roland Staud. It’s basic but covers all the important topics. I’ve read loads of books - but that’s the best one.

Good luck! Xxx
