Hi, I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and other health conditions would like to know how everyone cope and manages, finding difficulties with it all

Everyone finds there own way is managing symptoms. I take medication which keeps my symptoms at a level where I can function, along with CBD oil, pacing, exercise/activity, heat, mindfulness, relaxation, pain management techniques such as distraction , massage (looking forward to a hot stone massage once we are out of lockdown) , aromatherapy muscle rubs etc.

I guess you are on list of medications like me.Are you also on a biologic.I have found during this lockdown all my fibromyalgia has got worse. I struggle to go to sleep in pain n wake many times with it.I try to exercise to stay flexible but struggle madly.What about you

Yes take a lot of meds not just for Fibro for other conditions as well, found my fibromyalgia has got really worst too think due to stress of this lockdown. How long have you had Fibro and what is biological meds, taking amitripline and on methotrexate and feel bloody awful most days

Since 2011.biologic is abatacept for my RA
