Don't Fear

I just want to encourage you all during this time. Please don't believe everything that you see or hear on the internet or even the news as it really gets you into a place of fear. We all have one issue to deal with and that is Fibro. I am not saying that you don't take precautions, but that you don't think that every time you sneeze or cough that it is the virus. If you think it is and continue to think it is, then you are opening yourself to stress which then lowers your immune system and allows any sicknesses to come in, including covide-19

Keep positive, get on your phone and speak to your friends. Email everyone you know and keep messages going on Facebook. Don't give up.

Positivity is so important. On that note I do like the “I’m not stuck at home, I’m safer at home” slant. So much of our lives and challenges is about perspective.

Common sense needs to prevail and the more we can view things positively, the better. (Sadly common sense isn’t common enough!! 🤷🏼‍♀️)

Yes we do need to keep our heads up right now, so finding I am making more calls, txts, Facebook messages, yes keeping the news feed to perhaps once a day is enough , I watch BBC news at teatime and that’s it, take care of yourself.
