I'm from a town called Llantwit Major, it's in the Vale of Glamorgan on the coast about 16 or so miles from Cardiff. You might have visited some time, when you visited your friends. Night night sleep well. xx

If you haven't been for some years, you will see a big difference, lots of housing estates around the place, but I think that's the same everywhere. It's not like the town I grew up in, again you can say that for anywhere!

Yes, it does. What the name of the town/village you live ? It would be great to meet up somewhere. My hubby would by driving as I can because of all my conditions and meds. Plus I have pain 24/7. I would need a lot of breaks on the way. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx 😘

We live just 2 miles from Newport in Rogerstone Lynne. I have pain 24/7 also 😔 but when the sun 🌞 is out it feels better in mind & body for me to be outside 🙃

I really hope this goes away as so worrying for everyone & had a few panicky attacks last week 🤞🏼

Take as many breaks you need along the way sweetheart ☕️ 🥪 & we can meet up somewhere beautiful outside so Buttercup can meet you both too

It would be good to meet up with you and K4ttt and Princess Buttercup. We go to a place called Cosmeston Lakes, it is near to a place called Sully, not far from Penarth and Cardiff, so might be a bit far for K4tt to come, but it has a small cafe, and lots of lovely walks, and lots of birds and squirrels, Buttercup would have to be on the lead in certain parts of the park. Unfortunately it has been closed because of the lockdown.

Awww Lynne, I’ve had fibromyalgia 10 years now & wake crying in pain sometimes either from my knees , shoulders, hands

I’ve always had such a high pain thresholds before this illness took over., has now taken over all my joints so I totally understand when you mention pain my lovely

Sorry you are in so much pain, I have pain all the time but mostly I can manage it being as it's not too bad, but the last few days it's been really bad. It's not good if you can't sleep either I manage 3 to 5 hours a night. Hope you can get more than an hour tonight. Sleep tight and well, sweet dreams. xxxx
