I had my F2F on Monday and today I got awarded Limited Capability for Work-Related Activity, luckily I had a Fibromyalgia doctor do my Assessment. Well happy to be understood

Congratulations, can i ask what the timescale has been like as my daughter is still waiting for any word on her claim and they have had her form for ages, ive called them and been told that UC requested her file back and nobody seems to know a thing! so far no F2F or decision and we are on the second 3 month sick cert from GP ! gentle hugs xx

I would have thought you would have heard by now. The COVID-19 hasn’t helped. I made my claim December 13th, my first F2F was postponed until Monday 16th March. I then received an email and a message on my UC journal yesterday, I guess a formal letter will arrive soon. From what I read they don’t pay until the 13th week regardless of how quick the decision is but they do backpay to the 13th. I believe my decision was always going to be the right one as I have multiple issues and lots of hospital evidence. I don’t know what to say what you should do, it is hard because we are left hanging when a simple date regardless of when it is would reduce some strain Do you have any messages on your UC Journal? xx
