I have been having chest pain especially on exertion up hill I get a little breathless light head and I feel weak like jelly. I stop and rest and it passes. I also get a sensation which can happen at anytime it's like a single blow to my chest heart missing a beat I don't know. I am having tests for possible angina. ECG reads SINUS RHYTHM 73BPM. WITH T WAVE INVERSION V2 AND T WAVE FLATTENING AVL. Does anyone know is this a normal reading. Has anyone else experienced these symtoms.
Thank you

The only person who can answer this for you is your GP. he will have your history and any previous ECG's to compare. There can be many normal variants on an ECG and even your potassium levels can affect the way an ECG will look. If it is worrying you ask the GP to explain the ECG to you. xx
