Hi, I’m new here. I haven’t been diagnosed with anything yet although I do suffer from anxiety and panic attacks which have come and gone throughout most of my life. But just recently I’ve been experiencing a lot of aches and pains in my neck, back, arms and sometimes my legs also pins and needles constantly. The pain can come and go or stay for hours or even days. I have recently had my 3rd baby he’s nearly 5 months old and I also lost my grandad in January along with other daily stresses. At times I feel like I’m completely losing the plot is the pain all in my head or is it actually there? I went in the nhs website to which I have a few symptoms and would just really like to find out from some of u how it all started for u and does it get any easier? Thanks x

Hi
I'm so sorry to hear about your grandad.
Many congratulations on the bit if your baby.
Mr Dr referred me to rheumatologist who diagnosed me but after that she left me in the care of my Dr who fortunately is very good. I have pain all over 24/7but I do have many conditions which also give me pain as well.
Please get in to your Dr to refer you. Let me know how you get on please. Love and hugs to you and your family. Lynne xxxx
Thank you so much for ur reply 😊 I am booked in to see my doctor tomorrow so I will definitely update u. Sorry to hear that it must be a daily struggle for u ☹️ I’m just trying to stay positive and my kids are what get me through the day otherwise I don’t know what I would do... I have huge support from my family at the moment but it’s just not the same coz they don’t actually know how I’m feeling right now so it’s nice to know I can talk to people with similar issues xx
You are welcome. Do you have any oy conditions? Take care of yourself Lynne
No I don’t I’ve been for CT scan and X-ray because they suspected a blood cot but luckily all came back clear they said I just had too many white blood cells and my LT test was a bit high so there keeping an eye on me got to have blood tests every couple of months... not sure if it’s related to how I’m feeling at the moment or not but I feel like crap everyday wake up with aches and pains everywhere and sometimes the pain is that bad it then sets my anxiety attacks off! How do u cope everyday with ur conditions, u seem so brave! Take care too x Kerry
