Any adjusting advice

After 6 months of not knowing what is going on with me, I've been diagonsed today with Fibromyalgia. Im youngish and wondered if there was anyone else in their early twenties with any advice adjusting ie mentally adjusting that I cant do some sport again.

We are a friendly bunch and having a chat here can help, I’ve posted a link above if you would like to lock your posts as only our community can see and not open to any other site engines on the internet, also members tend to reply more if a post is locked. Shame when fibro strikes the younger generation and I am sure mentally it’s a lot to take in and find ways of adapting to the changes gradually, is it very hot in your part of the country ?? I love the Summer but the extra heat is quite draining on us.
