Well thats how I feel mobility wise but actually 7 stone 😩. ..lol x..the struggle.....only watched as I couldn't reach remote control...😛trying to keep sense of humour ...

Cheeky remote hiding or sitting out of reach and forcing us to watch tripe! Mine has a tendancy to do the same. All very bad.

So GP cant recommend you lose the excess weight to make your fibro better hey? That must be a blow.

Hi there fellow fibro warrior 😊 I totally understand the struggle “you need to lose weight to make you feel better, but you are in way too much pain to exercise “ 🙄 I’ve heard it many times because people think it’s that simple! 😠 However, I have joined SlimmingWorld and stuck with the plan since the end of January and managed to lose 2 1/2 stone! 🤩 and that is with no exercise involved! I’m not saying that it’s a magic cure, you do have to stick to the rules and that can be hard sometimes, but it’s so worth it in the end (I have 5 stone left to lose!) 😊 I hope this helps xx

Well done Fibrokitty3, excellent result so far.

It surprised me in my SW group just how many are living with Fibromyalgia once I mentioned it in one of the sessions. Good luck with your ongoing journey. I have definitely felt the benefits 🙌🏻 x

Thank you 😊 I’ve already noticed some changes, like the bath chair doesn’t creak and groan as much when it lowers/ raises me in/out the bath 🤣
