Can't shake that sleeping pill effect today at all,I went a day trip the other day,its took its toll,I thought if it was a shorter trip I'd be okay,however I am not ,although,still drained of energy.

My sympathies and empathies to you. If you find anything that helps would you post it. My head feels completely out of control, and in a drug zone even though I allow myself only a fraction of pain killers I have been prescribed. Just NEED something to clear the fibrofog. Very best wishes to you.
