Unsteady

Been told I have essential tremor my jaw shakes, recently feel unsteady walking too , anyone else feel unsteady ,could it be fibro making it worse

Hi there did your doctor give you any advice on your last appointment, being unsteady when you walk now must be a worry, would you get any aids to help with your walking?? Xx

I have essential tremor, I had to see the neurologist, I've had bother with my balance for year's, I use a walking stick. I have a rollator with a seat but it hurts my arms and shoulders, I should have got one that could higher, I've just been for a ct scan, I'll get the relults in a couple of weeks. I hope you you get it sorted out soon,

I don't know how relevant this is , but my lips go numb but mainly my right hand side .. and I get tingling in my tongue and face ... the frozen lip is the worst bit though ..... I've also been to doctor re my balance, but they think mine is due to my mini stroke although I have said for a long time pre first mini stroke that I was losing my balance ....

I have the tingly nose mb lips too and my tongue feels tingly. My balance has been bad for years and got diagnosed with Menieres last year. I am very unsteady. I have seen 3 different neurologists and never really get an explanation for my symptoms. They told me what diseases I hadn’t got.

Has anyone said what the tingling in your tongue is? I have that kind of thing every single day. My lips swell sometimes as well.

No proper explanation for the tingling. The neurologist just looked at me as though I was talking rubbish. Then he said you haven’t got MS and that was about it. I get it off and on. It’s very strange.
