Mandatory Reconsideration

Well I sent in my M/R on 29th January well within the 4 weeks.

Day 15 now and still no response from them.

They have got it as I sent it recorded delivery - received on 30th January at 12:29.

PIP reconsideration took 6 months, wonder how long this will take?

Perhaps I should phone as it’s past the 14 days????

We’ve been waiting for a UC backdating decision that meets all the criteria since mid October because they claim to have not received the evidence when we first put in the claim in September.

We had no income for 2 months and no housing allowance.
