Hi all, hope you are all as well as possible. Does anyone know if a review is treated like a new claim? Or do they take your original evidence into consideration?

Hi , A 3 year review is just like your very first one, they ask all the same question, you do their little exercises and it takes at least an hour. Just be honest with them & tell them your worse days. Good luck

They want to know everything from scratch and when you get in there they ask you it all again which is so annoying. My memory is bad even if you told me something yesterday I wouldn't remember it.

I have a review to see if I can even claim despite the website from them stating I can claim .. they use the fact I was in Malta prior to 2017 for three years as an excuse to not even pay .. its frustrating as I know I’m right it’s there in black and white

I had my PIP review on December 10th after waiting over 16weeks for them to respond and they gave me a surprise surprise home visit.

My first assessment lasted just 4minutes this one lasted over 50 minutes and I was asked to do exercises that I refused due to my disability.

I received last week a letter to say that they have all the evidence needed to make a decision. On my review application I sent all NEW medical evidence and I was 100% sure they would not give me a F2F so I was very surprised to get a home visit.

Now it is just the horrible wait !!!
