So after sending all paperwork (including my copy of Assessment with all my notes written down the sides of all the discrepencies (lies), I don't know what the Tribunals have said to DWP but i received letter from DWP changing their original decision on my award to the enhanced rate for mobility and care, it then says and therefore your appeal will not now proceed. However, I then got a letter from the Tribunals saying that the decision was changed by their Appeals officer, so good news for me, and to anyone else with struggles with these false assessments don't give up because thats what they want you to do π€

No response from DWP re. PIP appeal. Update
Good for you. I highlighted 184 discrepancies (including lies) in my 'report'. At tribunal I got max points for both components. They should be struck of for telling lies!
Great news good to hear it I was under the impression if turned down at mandatory consideration stage you have to go to the appeal stage, did you ask for the appeal to be heard on paper or to attend in person?
Yes you do have to go to appeal, but DWP didn't respond to Tribunals in july so they were sent a directions notice from the Tribunals and given another 7days from 5th October to respond (which they still did not) so they would have to send a representative to the hearing to explain why they haven't complied with the law, the directions notice asked me to send all i had from the DWP including my original claim form, which i did, then the rest was as per my previous msg, crazy !!
Thanks ππ»
Well done, Anita54, that was a great move sending your report with your notes written alongside the discrepancies, most people just send notes reference to the descriptors. Having yours side by side must have been easier to read and make that all important decision.
Hi Farmerboy, well as it was my personal copy of the assessment that i'd requested from DWP so I'd written all the notes in pen at the sides for CAB to help me with my mandatory reconsideration and then my appeal after that, if DWP had responded to the Tribunal I would never have been asked for them by Tribunal, but it's good that they've seen all the discrepancies (LIES) π€
10 lies? on my Medical for ESA, it was obviously my turn statistically to be refused. Just had another operation for bones that keep breaking.Appealed twice but ignored letters etc. Told I must go to Court! Severely Depressed (Suicidal) so couldn't attend. Sent everything plus Medical Report and Appeals, cost a fortune in copies, recorded letters Tec. They obviously though I would give up, felt like it. Won at the Court though I wasn't even There? Never give up even if they ignore your valid Appeals.
Good for you ππ»
I know this message was from two months ago but I think I'm undergoing the same thing and don't know what it means. I went to PIP and after the MR I appealed to the tribunal. I got the pack two weeks ago on why they disagreed with the appeal but the tribunal has still not received it
Is this what you went through?
Hi Yicker, sounds similar but i never got anything from the DWP saying they disagreed with it, the first i knew was the Tribunal sent me the direction notice saying DWP hadnβt responded n they were giving them seven days to and they still didnβt, I then as i said I received a letter from DWP saying they had changed their original decision, it was infact the Appeals Officer that changed the decision so he had ruled on it and no Appeal was necessary, its utter madness this is so distressing, already stressing about ESA Brown envelope dropping on the mat, as its due around may, hope yours goes ok, maybe it will be treated like mine, good luck, keep in touch π€xx
