i was just wondering what everyones personal opinions on the new laws of medicinal cannabis are, if anyone is using CBD oil or CDB/THC oils or anyone using just plain ol' cannabis, if so, is it helping? what do you use?

The new laws on medicinal cannabis don't go nearly far enough in my opinion. We ignore this highly valuable resource at our peril as the dangers of conventional medication become more apparent.
There is however not enough research being carried out. It should be a priority. At the moment the information available to the medical profession is limited and as a result many wil not be able to prescribe except for a limited range of conditions.
The same goes for CBD. Other countries are far in advance of the UK in their research and laws.
I use CBD and it is helpful but I am sure that I could have more help for pain if I could be prescribed medicinal cannabis. It seems from my reading that the THC element interacts with the CBD and they enhance each other.
Never tried it; not my thing, If it works for folks then good, but the problem is likely to be for drivers, with the crackdown on drink and drugged driving. I think it will need careful monitoring.
Midori. CBD ( not medicinal cannabis) is totally legal and does not have any effect on driving. No THC which is the psychoactive component in cannabis.
CBd oil is good I don’t use it every day but when I do it helps to an extent with pain, and also it is known to help the symptoms of anxiety. I haven’t experienced anything negative in regards to using CBd
healthunlocked.com/fibromya... Hi there perhaps give our helpline a ring Janet our benefits advisor might be able to give you some information with this, welcome to the forum I hope you will find it a helpful place x
I am using CBD oil to mixed effect. It does seem to help with the pain a bit but makes me feel slightly sick. Inhave used the vaping Medipen for a few years but again only when desperate as it gives me a funny headache. To be honest would try anything that had the possibility of alleviating some of my pain. If only certain specialists can prescribe it will be difficult for many to get a referral in the first place and I can imagine the poor medics who can will be inundated with patients.x
I’m talking Simply CBD Aqua 400 3 x a day and have come off all my fibro meds.
I started with the CBD Brothers Blue oil a few years ago, but find the Aqua nicer as you can add it to drinks. I was taking the Aqua 200, but since having a couple of freak accidents (nothing to do with CBD), I’m taking the stronger version.
CBD Brothers do their own version of the purple Aqua, but Simply CBD are cheaper and profits go towards the running of their dog sanctuary.
I’ve had no side effects taking CBD, except that my asthma has greatly improved!
