I’ve just done that too , I have been feeling no to bad of late , n bang it just likes to remind us that’s it not letting go ,,,, hate u fibromyalgia 🤷‍♀️

😂 🤣 😂 i can honestly say, that every fibro sufferer on here, would totally agree with you, we all hate the way it sneaks up on you, usually after a not so bad period, but one day, ( soon i hope) we will get something to help us and give it a kick up the behind, and say we aint playing no more

Me too today woke at 6am and had to debate when to start taking pain killers to ensure I have enough to last the day (within the maximum), so tired and have things I have to do today so gritting my teeth and hoping it gets better. Trying to tell myself it will pass, bt understand that many others are in the same situation.

Hi !i have had the flare pain this week and it’s horrible .Mine starts in bottom then goes up and down whole of my body not fun .I take extra meds and one for nerve pain .xxHope you feel better soon sweetie xx
