Newly diagnosed

Morning. I was diagnosed 4 days ago with soft tissue fibromyalgia. Ive just joined this site for advice and help. thanks

Sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia recently, we understand it can be a difficult thing to take in to begin with. The good news is you've landed in a great place for online support, tips and a little advice about all things Fibro.
