flashy lights blurry vision

Last night I had bright flashy light in my eyes. didn't turn into a migraine until this morning. I slept solid till 10 this morning. went outside and couldn't bear the sunlight. I had a funny stomach this morning, had to leap out of bed when I got woken by my mum at 10. had a runny tummy, had to go twice. head was banging like I had been hit around the head. slept again from about 3 until 7. couldn't believe it. headache still there and feel like shit. haven't had a head like this for a while. I have been forgetting to take some of my tablets aswell lately. fatigue has got so much worse lately and the brain fog. very off balance and feel drunk/not with it half the time/struggling to function. sorry for going on.

you might be getting the headache due to forgetting some of your tablets as this can mess with your brain chemicals, so try and remember them hun, you obviously need the sleep at the moment, hope you feel better soon, best wishes 🤗🌻🌺💐🥀NanaT

Thankyou. it was my main dose in the morning. I fell asleep when I got up and didn't realise until bedtime. doing nothing but sleep since I went away for weekend. struggling to function. xx

Do you use a tablet box this may help with remembering to take your tablets I use one if I didn’t I wouldn’t remember if I’d taken them or not and I’d probably take too many.

yeah I use tablet box for that reason. I got up and fell asleep in the chair some time later and didn't realise till my last tablets at night that I hadn't taken the morning ones. in this heat the fatigue seems to be so much worse. I am so forgetful and don't feel with it most if the time. x
