Fibromyalgia/bi polar

Hi I’m struggling my name is Lyndsey I suffer with both fibromyalgia and bi polar and ptsd and I’m on meds for all conditions but I’m finding it so hard to manage them both as when I need to rest my bi polar often won’t let me I’m struggling both mentally and physically it’s just seems never ending x

Hi I’ve done courses I never make it to the end,I’m on loads of meds as it it’s and not going to start seeing therapist again will get there it’s just a very lonely life at min even if ur surrounded by people

Hi lyns and welcome there are alot of lovely members with fibro and other conditions , I have found personally the forum a kind welcoming place to talk even sharing tips to help , I’m hoping by visiting and chatting it might be helpful to you . Hello there welcome and so sorry things are tough at the moment . You have a lot on you’re plate with those 3 conditions . I hope your meds will help you eventually and if they don’t you must go see you’re dr .Love and hugs 🤗🤗😇

Thank u I’m currently seeing my mental health nurse every 2 wks x as it is hard as my bi polar sets my fibromyalgia off when I’m manic as I can’t slow down x thank u for message I hope your ok as well x

Oh good I’m really glad you have support. It’s a lot for you to cope with but you will get there with good support .Im in severe pain today a flare even my toes are throbbing so it’s hard but we have it to put up with it when it’s bad like this nothing stops the pain .Hope things get easier for you soon .love and hugs xx🤗🤗😇

That’s ok hunny it’s a pleasure to support you I have other conditions too most of them painful so thank you for you’re concern , we look after each other on here . I think with bi- polar and ptsd on top of fibro. you need a ton of support . Well I have taken everything I can last veing the cbd oil which seems to be doing something at least this seems to be taking a bit of edge off . Xx🤗🤗😇
