Drug interaction
Hi
I would check with Dr or pharmacist. Take care Lynne
I take tramadol and amitriptyline together at night I have no issues personally. Never taking cymbals? What is that?
If your gp has prescribed them then Yes they should be ok-if you have been prescribed them by another doctor then ask your gp first,, their "EMIS" pc (most use this system) will send up a message to say interaction will occur in big red letters..I take tramadol with paracets and blood pressure tabs I got bad headaches but its not interaction its me I.m not good with BP pills.
Yes, I remember now , my GP showed me the other week. Xxxx
Do you mean cymbalta? If so that would be two anti depressents and tramadol, I would definitly check with your GP first, unless they have already ok'd you to take all together.
Cymbalta which is the brand name for Duloxetine is contra-indicated for Tramadol. Your GP's prescribing system should flag this as Red if he or she tries to prescribe both together. My GP tried and the system stopped her doing it.
Hi I was taking amitriptyline and tramadol but just been stopped of my doctor she said it clashes with each other and can be really bad for your moods so if I was you I would ask x
