Have my pip interview tomorrow at 9. I'm worry as there's a diversion and I don't know how I'm getting there. The anxiety is getting to me. I'm sorer as well as we've had sleet today and I had to go out.

Hi pugwash80,

I feel for you as I can imagine just how stressed out you are.

I hope you get there on time and without too much drama.

I also hope the assessment goes well and they don't keep you too long.

Please let us know how you get on?

Wishing you the very best of luck,

Mags 🌺🌼🍁🌸

Good luck😊

Take your time and go even earlier so if you do get held up you shouldn't arrive late.if you follow diversions they should get u there ok.if you can Google the route on maps you will be fine.try not to worry

They ask you how you got there. Try to get a lift to the door. Or cab if necessary. Best not say on the bus. You only get any help really if your mobility is affected and you need help with personal care or cooking. Always say about your worst days. Not what you can do on a 'good' day.

Goid luck.

Awe sorry to hear you couldn't make the assessment. I have IBS too so I know what it's like.

Did you ring PIP to say you couldn't make it and if so, were they ok about it? 🌸🌻🌸

I called and they said I had to make the next one but the guy on the phone was nice enough. X

That's good, just make sure you are prepared and bring someone with you for support.

I will be having an assessment in the very near future and I'm dreading it. Good luck x🌻💐

It's getting someone. My social circle is made up of people on disabled people and people who are carers. Another thing I maybe need to think about x

I understand but if there is even a family member, cousin etc or anyone who knows you and how your condition affects you it would be of great benefit if they could be at the assessment with you.

I hope you can find someone to go with you xx

Try to take someone with you hun- best policy depending on who is doing your assessment.
