I assume your GP has prescribed these to be used together?
There are no adverse effects of taking them together however your GP will only prescribe a small amount of Diazepam

I wouldn't think that diazapam should be taken regularly for pain. I take a low dose very very occasionally if spasms are bad but it's addictive qualities are well known so it needs to be used with care.
If your GP has prescribed them together then it should be ok.

You can take Diazepam and paracetamol together. Diazepam can be addictive but if you take it to relieve pain and don't take it to prevent pain, you should be fine. It is good for spasms. Speak to your doctor to clarify any questions you have. Good luck.
You can take paracetamol with most other painkillers. Just be careful - things like co-codamol contain paracetamol already, and overdosing paracetamol can cause serious damage to your liver!
You can take NSAIDS (ibuprofen, naproxen) with both paracetamol and diazepam, as well as with opiates/opioids. Do not take NSAIDS with aspirin, however!
I take Diazepam 5mg for anxiety not pain. I don't think paracetamol alone would touch my pain. Take care x
